Introduction of PET (polyester fiber) needle felt filter cloth:

Polyester: its fiber material name is "polyester", English name is "polyester", and code is "PET". Polyester normal temperature needle felt is the fine fiber cloth produced by nonwoven needling process with staggered fiber arrangement and uniform pore distribution, and it is made of polyester staple fiber and polyester twist yarn. After the post treatment of calendering, sintering or coating, its surface is leveling and smooth, so it is difficult to be blocked by dust. Moreover, because the filter cloth has large porosity and good air permeability, it is widely used. Due to its strong chemical resistance stability, it not only can filter the room temperature gas, but also can filter the corrosive gas containing acid and alkali. In addition, it can also filter water or oil, so it is the filter material used in solid-liquid separation field under normal temperature working conditions.

Properties

1. Polyester needle felt is to use the fine staple fiber in staggered arrangement and uniform pore distribution to filter air, and its porosity is up to 70%.

2. High dust removal efficiency and low gas emission concentration.

3. After the post treatment of calendering, sintering or coating, the surface of polyester needle felt is leveling and smooth, so it is difficult to be blocked or deformed, with an easy dust removal and a long service life.

4. Anti-static needle felt has the function of preventing the electrostatic discharge of coal mill bag in dust collection of blast furnace gas and cement plant, and further exporting the static electricity. It can be produced as required: water & oil repellent, water & oil repellent and antistatic, laminating.
